BBD offers its many years of experience in the field of analysis of the best solution for ball-seat seal.
After analyzing fluid, temperatures and operating pressures it is possible to tell the customer what type of seals to choose between soft seal with Elastomer, Thermoplastic or metallic.
BACK SEAT SEALING ANALYSIS
For the back part of the seat we provide single / double-effect configuration with seals studied by pressure, temperature and fluid class.
Sealing is guaranteed by a seal that can be made in different materials, starting from the elastomeric OR until reaching the ad-hoc Lip-Seal Seal or the graphite pack for even higher temperatures.
The FIRE-SAFE version features a graphite ring housed in a dedicated groove.
