Thermoplastic materials are used for the production of hard inserts to be mounted on seats with a soft seal. The use of the inserts satisfies the need for a secure seal in the field of multiple valves applications.
Each type of material has its own mechanical, chemical, physical characteristics such as to direct the choice of thermoplastic to be used at different pressures, operating temperatures, valve flow fluids.
Technopolymers are also used to produce anti-extrusion rings, energized collars, and other thermoplastic gaskets.
Thermoplastic rigid inserts are labeled with the evidence of strictly traceability requirements (date and purchase order, material, size), including the labeling of the commitments of each single internal order and stored in an air-conditioned darkroom environment.
