Metal to metal (MTM) seat for gate valve.
The seat metal to metal (MTM) is covered in the Tungsten Carbide (TCC), Chromium Carbides (CCC), or Stellite coating, giving a surface hardness that can reach 1400 HV.
The degree of thickness and the type of coating material depend on the application of the valve, in relation to the pressure, the operating temperature and the type of flow fluid.
