Metal materials are supplied according to the requirements of our customers in accordance with the technical specifications of the materials, the technical engineering specifications of the projects, the control plans, and the type of certification.

We have stock of some materials that have a prevalence of use: carbon steel, martensitic, stainless steel, ferritic, super nickel alloy steels.

Raw materials come as forged rings, hot rolled rings, closed die forging rings, laminated and forged bars, closed die forging and forged balls.

 

All incoming steels are controlled by PMI, measured, labeled and stored in the appropriate spaces allocated by the computer system.
Labels applied to incoming materials include data that unequivocally attributes their traceability at any time, even after the machining and assembling of processed details.

Every detail at the start of the first working phase is assigned a serial number that is transferred immediately to the pieces, together with the number of castings and maintained for the entire production cycle.
After the final machining phase, the details are marked with all the requirements to guarantee traceability such as serial number, material, casting, drawing code, internal order number and whatever else may be required by customers.
